BONE
AND JOINT HOSPITAL - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
- A 20,000 square feet, Ambulatory
Surgical Center with a $1.5 million Equipment Budget. Completion
date was February 1997. Program components include 4 Operating
Rooms, Pre-Op and Post-Op Recovery. Services provided include
equipment planning and project administration.
BOSTON
MEDICAL CENTER - Comprehensive Cancer Center - Boston, Massachusetts
- The new Moakley Cancer Care Center
is a 90,000 square feet ambulatory clinical care building on
the campus of Boston Medical Center. It will house the following
programs: Radiation Medicine including 3 linear accelerators,
PET Scanner, Ambulatory Surgery, Breast Imaging, Otolaryngology,
the Center for Digestive Disorders, the Center for Cancer and
Blood Disorders, Surgical Oncology, and Phlebotomy.
BOSTON
MEDICAL CENTER - Central Processing Remodel - Boston, Massachusetts
- The Moakley Cancer Care Center
project has provided the impetus for an expansion and renovation
of the existing CPD department located on the Basement level
of the Menino Pavilion. The enlargement of the department and
equipment upgrades will significantly increase the department's
capabilities to support the existing and future reprocessing
volumes. The CPD department in the East Newton Pavilion also
required reprocessing equipment upgrades and potential facility
modifications. An evaluation of operations and an equipment capacity
analysis was developed.

- Euthenics was engaged to study
the feasibility of consolidating the two (2) CPD departments
into one department on the Boston Medical Center campus or remodel
/ expand in place the two departments.
BROWNSVILLE
MEDICAL CENTER - Brownsville, Texas
- A new 35,000 square feet, two-story
addition with a $1.0 million Equipment Budget. Construction began
August 1996 and was completed in September 1997. Program components
include a new Emergency Department, 32-Bed Post-Partum/OB-Gyn
Unit and Newborn Nursery. Services provided included equipment
planning and project administration.
CEDARS
SANAI MEDICAL CENTER - Los Angeles, California
- A new Observation Care Unit (23
Patient Recovery Spaces) and a six-bed ICU Unit to be built in
existing space on campus. Project completed in January of 2001.

HOSPITAL MEDICAL CENTER - Inglewood, California
- Renovation and relocation of the
Cardiac Cath Lab, Emergency Room, Labor and Delivery and Nursery.
Project completed in 2001.
CENTURY
CITY HOSPITAL - Los Angeles, California
- A 12,500 square feet major renovation
with a $1.2 million Equipment Budget. Program components include
new Laminar Flow Surgery Suites, 10-Bed Recovery, 3 GI Labs,
and Outpatient Department. Construction completed in 1997. Services
provided included equipment planning and project administration.
CLEVELAND
CLINIC HOSPITAL - Weston, Florida
- A new 150-Bed, 225,000 square feet
Acute Care Replacement Hospital with a $20 million Equipment
Budget. Major departments included Emergency, Radiology, Nuclear
Medicine, Clinical Laboratory, Cardiovascular and General Surgery,
and Pharmacy. Services provided included equipment planning and
procurement and installation documentation.
COLLIER
REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER - Naples, Florida
- A new 100-bed healthcare facility
in East Naples, Florida for Health Management Associates, Inc..
The project contains 205,000 s/f with all private rooms. The
project cost is approximately $75 million. The new facility includes
the following programs: Inpatient/Outpatient Medical Services,
Inpatient/Outpatient Surgical Services, Obstetrical Services,
Pediatric Services, Diagnostic Imaging Services (MRI, 64-Slice
CT Scanner, Nuclear Medicine & Angiography) Emergency Room
Services, Clinical Laboratory Services, and 80,000 s/f MOB. Services
included equipment planning and CAD services for Groups I, II,
and III medical equipment, construction administration, and procurement
management services.
DIXIE
REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER - St. George, Utah
- A new 262,000 sq. ft. 108-bed Replacement
Hospital with a $13 million medical equipment budget. This facility
opened in mid 2003. Services provided for this project are medical
equipment planning, procurement and procurement management services,
and project administration.

HOSPITAL OF DALLAS - Dallas, Texas
- A new 40,000 square feet addition
and 100,000 square feet major renovation with a $16.0 million
Equipment Budget. Completed in April 1996. Services provided
included equipment planning, project administration and procurement
management.

MEDICAL CENTER OF MODESTO - Modesto, California
- A new 140,000 square feet West
Tower addition with a $9.5 million Equipment Budget and completed
in November 1992. Program included 15 new Operating Rooms, 24
ICU Beds, 72 Neurology/Oncology Beds, Food Service, Central Sterile,
Medical Records and General Stores. Services provided include
equipment planning, project administration, procurement management
and commissioning services.

MEDICAL CENTER OF MODESTO - Modesto, California
- A new 60,000 square feet ER/Lab
Tower with a $2.5 million Equipment Budget. Construction completed
in 1996. Program components include a new Emergency Room, Clinical
Laboratory, and a 19-Bed Pre-Op Care Unit. Services provided
included equipment planning and project administration.
DOCTORS
MEDICAL CENTER OF MODESTO - Modesto, California
- A new 43,000 square feet Womens
Childrens Center addition with a $2.5 million Equipment
Budget and completed in January 1991. Program included 36 NICU
Beds, 12 LDRP Beds, 20 Post-Partum Beds, and 3 Delivery/C-Section
Rooms. Services provided included equipment planning, project
administration, procurement management and commissioning services.
JOE
DIMAGGIO CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL - Hollywood, Florida
A new 156,000 square feett, 4-story
Children's Pavilion. The first floor of the Children's Pavilion
will include a lobby, admitting and registration areas, pediatric
ambulatory services, a café and gift shop, family amenities
and the service departments of environmental, security and supplies.
The second floor is proposed to house OR suites, mainly servicing
outpatients and two GI suites. In addition, administration and
a conference center would be available.
A 20+ bed medical surgical unit
would be on the third floor as well as radiology / diagnostic
services for children.
The fourth floor would include a
20+ bed inpatient oncology unit as well as outpatient services
for pediatric oncology and a pharmacy to support those services.
Euthenics' equipment planning services
for Groups I, II, and III medical equipment included the medical
equipment list, budget management, CAD drawings, and construction/procurement
documents.
EAST
PASCO MEDICAL CENTER - Zephyrhills, Florida
- A new 90,000 square feet Open Heart
addition and Emergency Department expansion involved medical
equipment planning services for 12 new OR suites, 15 - bed Recovery,
32 - Station ED, 5 - bed CVICU, Endoscopy, and a relocated CSR
department. Services provided included equipment planning, CAD
services, and construction administration.
FOUNTAIN
VALLEY REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER - Fountain Valley, California
- A new 80,000 square feet, free-standing
Medical Office Building with a $3.1 million Equipment Budget.
Program components includes 4 Surgery Suites, and an Imaging
Center Consisting of 2 Radiographic Rooms, 2 R/F Rooms, CT Scanner,
and 4 Mammography Rooms. Services provided included equipment
planning and project administration.
HARTON
REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER - Tullahoma, Tennessee
- A new 42,000 square feet Outpatient
Expansion with a $1.5 million Equipment Budget. Construction
commenced August 1995. Program components include Surgery, Recovery,
Radiology, Heart Center, 19-Bed Pre-Op Day Surgery, and Central
Sterile. Completed in December 1996. Services provided included
equipment planning, project administration, and procurement management.
KAISER
BALDWIN PARK MEDICAL CENTER - Baldwin Park, California
- A new 600,000 square feet Medical
Center and Medical Office Building with a $42.0 million Equipment
Budget and completed in March 1994. Services provided included
equipment planning and project administration.
LAHEY
CLINIC MEDICAL CENTER - Burlington, Massachusetts
- The architectural firm of Shepley
Bulfinch Richardson & Abbott in Boston, Massachusetts engaged
Euthenics to provide medical equipment planning services on a
project for the Lahey Clinic Medical Center. The 75,000 square
feet addition included these programs: Cardiac and Liver Operating
Rooms; SICU; Executive Health; Breast Center; and the expansion
of PACU, Anesthesiology, Respiratory Therapy, ICU, Pharmacy,
and the Central Processing Department. Services provided included
equipment planning , CAD services, construction administration,
and procurement management.
PROTON
THERAPY CENTER - MD Anderson - Houston, Texas
- A new two story Proton Therapy
Outpatient Clinic inclusive of four (4) Proton Therapy Fixed
Beam Rooms and two (2) CT Simulator Units. Project is underway
again after a two-year delay and is scheduled to be under construction
this year.

MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER - Dallas, Texas
- A 30,000 square feet remodel with
a $500,000 Equipment Budget. Program components include addition/renovation
of the Day Surgery, Physical Therapy/Cardiac Rehabilitation,
Admitting and Radiology Departments. Construction completed in
1997. Services provided included equipment planning and project
administration.
SEVEN
RIVERS COMMUNITY HOSPITAL - Crystal River, Florida
- A 16,000 square feet Outpatient/ICU
Expansion with a $3.0 million Equipment Budget and completed
July 1994. Services provided included equipment planning, project
administration and procurement management.
SIERRA
MEDICAL CENTER - El Paso, Texas
- A free-standing 40,000 square feet
Ambulatory Surgery Center/Imaging Center with a $9.9 million
Equipment Budget completed in April 1997. Program components
included 4 Operating Rooms, Imaging Center including CT and MRI,
2 GI Labs, and Primary Care. Services provided included equipment
planning, and project administration.
SHERMAN
HOSPITAL, Elgin, Illinois
- A regional heart center located
just west of Chicago where it has been for 117 years. The $280
million replacement facility will be constructed on 154 acres
of land in Elgin and will have 275 to 300 beds in private rooms.
The project is currently estimated at 550,000 square feet with
an additional medical office building of 80 100,000 square
feet. The existing hospital campus will be redeveloped to an
outpatient facility. The plans for the existing campus include
an urgent care center, doctors offices and some administrative
spaces.
TRINITY
MEDICAL CENTER - Carrolton, Texas
- A 1,000 square feet NICU Remodel
with a $500,000 Equipment Budget completed in June 1996. Program
components included 6 NICU Level III spaces, 7 Level II spaces,
15 Newborn, and Support Area. Services provided included equipment
planning and project administration.
UNIVERSITY
MEDICAL CENTER - Lebanon, Tennessee
- A 60,000 square feet Major Renovation
with a $2.0 million Equipment Budget and completed in December
1993. Remodeled and newly constructed areas included Radiology,
Clinical Laboratory, Pharmacy, Outpatient Surgery/Support and
24-Bed Orthopedic Nursing Unit. Services provided included equipment
planning, project administration, and procurement management.

UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL - Los Angeles, California
- A 500 square feet remodel to the
Blood Bank with a $100,000 Equipment Budget completed in September
1996. Services provided included equipment planning and project
administration.

- A 500 square feet renovation conversion
of a Cysto OR to an Orthopedic Operating Room with a $250,000
Equipment Budget and to be completed in September 1996. Services
provided include equipment planning and project administration.

- A new 350,000 square feet, 275-Bed
Teaching Care Hospital with $30.0 million Equipment Budget and
completed in May 1991. Program included 26 Critical Care Beds
and 12 Surgery Suites. Services provided included equipment planning,
project administration, procurement management and commissioning
services.
WEST
BOCA MEDICAL CENTER - Boca Raton, Florida
- An 18,000 square feet, free-standing
Ambulatory Surgical Facility with a $1.5 million Equipment Budget.
Project was completed in June 1996. Services provided included
equipment planning and project administration.
WORCESTER
MEDICAL CENTER - Worcester, Massachusetts
- A 300-bed Replacement Hospital
and Clinic with a total of 700,000 square feet of space and an
equipment and furniture budget of $25 million. The new complex
includes a modern 300-bed acute care teaching hospital that is
uniquely integrated with 180,000 square feet of physician's office
space.

- The Yale-New Haven Hospital in
New Haven, Connecticut engaged Euthenics to provide medical equipment
planning services for their North Pavilion expansion. Within
which, this prestigious facility intends to develop a 105,000
square foot Yale Comprehensive Cancer Center. Included within
