Project Description
The Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut has
engaged Euthenics to provide medical equipment planning services
for their North Pavilion expansion. Within which, this prestigious
facility intends to develop a 105,000 square foot Yale Comprehensive
Cancer Center.
Included within the Comprehensive Cancer Center will be the
following programs:
· Radiation Oncology, 20,000 square feet, including 3
Linear Accelerators, Cyber Knife, CT/PET/Simulator and Simulator
· 75 Station Infusion Center
· 40 Exam Rooms
· Breast Center, including Imaging and clinic
· Cancer Center Administration and Support Space
· Diagnostic Imaging, 24,000 square feet, including 4
MRs, 5 Nuclear Medicine, 2 PET, 4 Radiology Rooms and CT Rooms
· Surgical Services, 24,000 square feet, with 2 Outpatient
ORs, 4 Inpatient ORs,
3 Large Inpatient ORs, 1 Intra-Operative OR and Associated Pre
and Post Operative Support
· 6 Floors of 24-bed inpatient units designed as universal
beds
