E U T H E N I C S is pleased to announce a new office and member of our company.

Beginning in February of 2008, Euthenics will be represented in the northeast region of the country with the addition of a new Medical Technology Equipment Planner in Syracuse, New York

Mr. Mignault will represent Euthenics on a day-to-day basis in the northeast and be active in the Company's projects as a Medical Equipment Planner. His initial focus will be the existing clients in the city of Boston and surrounding areas. He will provide leadership as the Company continues to grow and contribute to the Company's medical technology planning with his education and experience in biomedical engineering.

Prior to joining Euthenics, Mr. Mignault was employed as a Medical Equipment Planner and Project Executive in Boston, MA Mr. Mignault received a Master of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering in 1997 from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and worked for eight years as a Clinical Engineer at UAB Hospital. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 1994 from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

 His skills and background allow him to coordinate / manage projects, Database programming, Medical Equipment Planning and related services, such as RFPs, Procurement Tracking and Management, as well as Move Management. His design engineering experience with medical equipment allows him to provide input on design issues and refine equipment budgets.

Mr. Mignault has extensive experience in design engineering of custom, cost-effective and high-performance solutions to unique clinical challenges. He has designed a Surgical Video Management System (SVMS) for a unique multi-million dollar project that significantly improved the efficiency of the surgery center and the overall quality of care. He was featured twice in Sound & Video Contractor Magazine for this work.

As an expert in Information Management, he has been an instructor in Microsoft's Access and has designed dozens of databases including the database for a 900,000 square feet hospital expansion that tracked equipment locations, quantities, budget information, item status, relocation information and bid processes. He is involved in the database development and management of Euthenics' proprietary software and IT systems.
