Euthenics
was commissioned to provide Interior Design Services and to co-ordinate
the selection of materials, furniture, fixtures and specialty
features for the corporate campus containing approximately 110,000
sq. ft. The campus consists of twenty individual buildings surrounding
a lake and connected by boardwalks that meander through a wooded
and nicely landscaped property. A Master Interior Design Concept
was developed to give each building an individual personality
and be coordinated within the master palette and design. The
interior style is Arts and Crafts
and contains wood details, lighting fixtures, stone details,
furnishings, and materials representative of this period. The
project took approximately 24 months to complete all of the phases
of work.
