PROFESSIONAL HISTORY:

Jim Dambeck has over 35 years experience in the Healthcare Industry, twenty of which have been in direct clinical care and mid-level hospital management (Surgery/Cardiopulmonary), with the other fifteen being in medical sales. Jim has developed and instituted innovative cost containment programs and established and implemented process improvement plans for hospital surgical and cardiopulmonary services.

Before joining Euthenics, Mr. Dambeck worked in many areas of hospital operations. He has experience as a Business Manager for Surgical Services, Sterile Processing Department Manager, Respiratory Therapist, Director of Medical Technical Support (Respiratory Therapy, Non-invasive Cardiology, EEG, GI Endoscopy) Surgical Technician, and Surgical Implant and Device Sales. As part of the Euthenics' planning team, he has proven competencies in:

Mr. Dambeck received a BS Degree (1977) in Cardiopulmonary Science from the University of Central Florida and is a Registered Respiratory Therapist. He also has a BA Degree (1972) in Natural Science from the University of South Florida. He is a Six Sigma Champion and has a Certificate as a Surgical Technician (1972) from St. Petersburg Junior College.

In his role as a Medical Equipment Planner for Euthenics, Mr. Dambeck also provides project and schedule management on many of our projects. He facilitates meetings with the facility and the architect/ engineering teams and is responsible for the timely delivery of project submittals. Jim will also manage procurement and installation services as needed. He is a computer literate, results-oriented individual with the experience and expertise to meet project challenges and requirements.

• Boston Medical Center - CPD Transition Planning - Transition planning for the remodel and continuous operations of two Central Processing Departments for this facility.
• Brigham & Women's CPD Remodel and Addition - The complete remodel and expansion of CPD to prepare for the major expansion of the hospital (Center for Advanced Medicine). CPD to support 48 OR's.
• Charlotte Regional Medical Center, Emergency Department Expansion, Project Manager and Medical Equipment Planner
• Collier Regional Medical Center - New Facility, Project Manager for planning and procurement
• Lahey Clinic, Southeast Expansion - Procurement Services , Project Manager
